Sweepstakes limited to legal resident of one of Albertson’s Market States (“Market States”): Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington or Wyoming.
5 people win 2 round-trip tickets to New York City to see a taping of a Rachael Ray show. Hotel accommodations, meals for two, and transportation to /from the airport is included.
A random drawing will occur on Friday every two weeks throughout the sweepstakes period in which ten (10) Entrants in each of the Divisions will be selected as Finalists (“Finalists”). September 20, 2013, October 4, 2013, October 18, 2013, November 1, 2013, November 15, 2013, November 29, 2013, December 13, 2013, and December 26, 2012 for a total of 400 Finalists. Then, a random drawing of the 400 Finalists will occur on Monday, January 6, 2014 in which five (5) Winners (one from each Division), will be selected from the pool of Finalists.
For the purposes of the sweepstakes, Albertsons has created the following divisions by states:
- Southern California (“SoCal”): California
- Southwest: Arizona, New Mexico, and Las Vegas, Nevada
- Southern: Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas
- Intermountain: Colorado, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming
- Northwest: Oregon, Washington
